The languages of the conference are English and French.

Proposals for papers can be submitted in one or more of the three axes.

• In the case of a scientific communication: an abstract of no more than 3,000 characters is expected, including spaces. Each proposal should include the following elements:

• A title

• An abstract: reference paradigms, methodology, results

• Between five and seven bibliographic references

• Five key words in French and five key words in English

 To submit a symposium

 Thematic symposia may include 3 to 6 papers.

 The symposium coordinators are responsible for submitting their symposium and the individual papers that make up the symposium.

 Please respect the following guidelines:

 Submission of the symposium proposal

• Title of the symposium.
• Presentation of the symposium in 3,000 to 4,000 characters. This text should include a presentation of the issue, and a justification of the links between papers.

 After submitting the symposium proposal, they must submit all the individual papers that are part of it. No attached files will be taken into account.

Please specify:

• The title of the symposium in which this paper is included: to be indicated as a comment when submitting.
• The title of the paper.
• The instructions for the abstracts "of the papers composing a symposium" are the same as for the individual proposals.

 Please note that the duration of a paper is 20 minutes.

It is also possible to propose a poster presentation. In this case, a summary of 1500 characters (including spaces) of the work or project and details of the presentation are expected.

Note: It is imperative to follow the recommendations of the Applicant's Guide and that the summaries must be anonymized.
